Why is the Mijia Lint Remover 2 not charging?

2. The power adapter or outlet may be unstable or not provide power. Make sure the power source is working properly and try a different outlet or adapter.
3. The device’s charging port may have dust or debris. Inspect the port and clean it gently with a soft brush or compressed air.
4. The battery may be completely drained. Leave the device connected to the charger for at least 10–15 minutes to allow charging to start.
