1. Check if face recognition or Bluetooth unlock is enabled. Someone else can enter the home screen when these succeed. Disable face and Bluetooth unlock, then delete and re-register your fingerprints.
2. Check if fingerprints are not registered properly. Delete all fingerprints, then carefully re-register them from multiple angles.
3. Check if dirt, moisture, or a screen protector is interfering with the sensor. Clean the sensor and your finger, remove any covering, and re-register the fingerprint.
4. Please update your system to the latest version and check if the issue is resolved.
