2. The problem can occur if the TV is set to the wrong input source, so please ensure it is set to the correct HDMI input corresponding to the box.
3. Check whether the HDMI or AV ports on the TV are working properly and try reconnecting the cables or using different ports.
4. Try replacing the HDMI or AV cables to rule out cable issues.
5. The problem can lie with the original TV, so please connect the Xiaomi TV Box to another display device to see if it works.
- If it works on another display, the issue can be with the original TV, and please contact the TV manufacturer for assistance.
- If it still does not work on another display, please enter Recovery mode to erase all data and then power it on again.
