If the indicator of the Xiaomi OpenWear Stereo Pro charging case does not light up, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Check whether the charging case and earphones have power. Place both earphones in the case, close the lid, and charge the case for at least 30 minutes using the charging cable. Make sure the case is fully charged before opening the lid.
2. Check the charging cable and adapter. Use the original cable and adapter to rule out power issues.
3. Clean the charging contacts of the case and earphones to ensure proper connection.
4. Try resetting the earphones. Place the earphones back into the charging case, open the lid, and press and hold the function button on the right side of the charging case for 10 seconds until the white indicator on the case flashes rapidly. Then release and reset the earphones.
