If the Xiaomi Home App shows the Xiaomi Smart Camera C302 is offline, please refer to the steps to troubleshoot:
1. Please check if the camera is powered off and ensure that you are using a 5 V 1 A adapter.
2. Please try to restart the router.
3. If the power supply of the device and the network are normal, please check the device indicator:
  • Keeping in orange: Awaiting connection/Reset successfully.
  • Blinking in orange: Connecting to a network.
  • Blinking in blue: Connecting to a server/OTA update in progress.
  • Keeping in blue: Connected successfully/Working normally.
4. Confirm whether the SD card is inserted into the camera, pull it out, and observe. Some low-quality SD cards can cause the camera to go offline.
