Why does the Mijia Smart Water Purifier N800G's purified water tap indicator not turn on?

If the purified water tap indicator does not turn on when opening the purified water tap on the Mijia Smart Water Purifier N800G, please refer to the following steps:
  1. Check if there is a power outage at home.
  2. Check whether the error indicator is on. If it is, check the device error reported in the App and follow the instructions.
  3. Check if the Wi-Fi indicator on the water purifier is on. If not, press the Select button to see if the corresponding filter indicator lights up. If nothing lights up, check whether the power plug is properly connected.
  4. Test with a different socket to determine if the issue is caused by the socket. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.
