If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S40 Pro is charging abnormally, please refer to the steps to troubleshoot:
If the robot vacuum cannot charge, unplug the charging dock and wait 1–2 minutes. Then plug it back in, turn off the robot vacuum, and place it back on the charging dock to check if it can charge. If the robot vacuum indicates that it is charging, wait 2-3 hours and check whether it charges properly.
Please check whether the charging dock is properly powered and whether the charging contacts on the robot vacuum and the charging dock are dirty. If they are dirty, charging issues could occur. Please clean the contacts and try again. Remove any obstacles in front of the charging dock.
Check whether the power cable is properly plugged in.
