Why does text appear smeared and colored in Dark mode on the Xiaomi 15T Pro?

Thank you for your support of Xiaomi. When the Xiaomi 15T Pro is used in Dark mode, text appears slightly smeared or shows a faint color tint while scrolling. This occurs because the OLED screen controls brightness separately for the red, green, and blue channels. During fast transitions—especially at high refresh rates such as 100 Hz or 120 Hz—each channel reaches full brightness at a slightly different time. As a result, the text can appear to have a reddish or bluish hue for a brief moment.
This is a normal optical behavior of OLED technology and does not affect overall display quality or usability. Each device undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment to ensure stable and consistent display performance.
To ensure an optimal experience, please refer to the following information:
  1. Go to [Settings] >> [Display & brightness] >> switch to [Light mode] to reduce the phenomenon.
  2. If necessary, adjust the refresh rate to 60 Hz for a more stable display experience.
