The information is stored inside the main unit. If you load data through the Xiaomi Home App, you need to ensure that the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 Pro is connected to the Internet and the network is unobstructed. If the map cannot load, check whether your home network is normal, exit the APP and try again, uninstall and reinstall the APP and try again.
The map data displayed on the Xiaomi Home App is stored inside the robot vacuum. The command transmission path can be simply understood as follows: when you enter the plug-in to view the map, the mobile phone sends a command to the server, which then communicates with the router, and finally reaches the robot vacuum. Similarly, when the robot vacuum responds, the information is transmitted back through the router and server to the mobile phone, completing the communication loop.
When troubleshooting the map failure and the function settings are not effective, please refer to the path node troubleshooting:
Make sure the mobile phone network is normal.
Reset Wi-Fi, connect to the mobile phone hotspot, and confirm whether the map can be loaded.
