What to do if there is an abnormal or loud noise on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 Pro during operation?

The following unusual/loud noises on the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 5 Pro are normal:
  1. The omni station cleaning mop water pump will pump water into the washboard, accompanied by the sound of the water pump vibrating.
  2. The cleaning mop motor assembly drives the washboard to rotate, cleaning the washboard ribs through friction.
  3. The sewage air pump uses negative pressure to draw the sewage from the washboard into the dirty water tank, accompanied by a "humming" sound.
  4. The dust collection fan uses negative pressure to suck the dust compartment garbage into the disposable bag, accompanied by the sound of the fan working.
  5. In the drying state, the fan blows out hot air, which can cause slight noise.
  6. When the main unit is operating on smooth tile or wooden floors, the scraper blades can make a slight noise as they rub against the floor. This is normal.
  7. A slight gear noise can be heard as the side brush and mop pad expand outward. This is normal.
  8. When the main unit passes over uneven joints between tiles and floors, a slight clicking sound could be heard.
