If you can't log in to the Xiaomi Home App, please refer to the following steps:
Make sure your device is connected to a stable and reliable network.
Go to your device [Settings] >> tap [Apps] >> choose [Xiaomi Home] App >> tap [Clear data]. This helps remove cached files and temporary data that are causing login issues.
Ensure you have the latest version of the Xiaomi Home App from the Play Store.
Tap the [Forgot password] option to reset your password and log in with the new one.
Uninstall the Xiaomi Home App and reinstall it, then try logging in again.
