What to do if the Xiaomi WiFi Range Extender N300 cannot connect to other devices?

If the Xiaomi WiFi Range Extender N300 cannot connect to other devices, please refer to the following troubleshooting methods:
  1. Ensure the extender is plugged into a working power outlet. A steady power indicator light shows the device has power. If the light is flashing or off, try a different outlet.
  2. Ensure your main router has a stable Wi-Fi signal and that the device is within a reasonable distance from the main router (generally recommended to test within 3–5 meters). If the distance is too far, the extender fails to connect.
  3. Press and hold the Reset button until the indicator light starts flashing. Then set up the network configuration again.
  4. Some devices don't support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and the device only supports 2.4 GHz. You can delete the existing Wi-Fi network on your phone or computer and reconnect to it. Make sure the Wi-Fi password is correct, and check if your device has any restrictions, such as MAC address filtering or firewall settings.
  5. Please update your device and the Xiaomi Home App to the latest version. Older versions can cause connection problems.
  6. If the above methods do not solve the problem, please contact your local after-sales service for repair.
