Check whether the filter is properly installed and its plastic packaging has been removed before reinstalling;
Inspect the fan area for any foreign objects causing motor blockage or abnormal operation;
Unplug the purifier for 10 seconds and then power it back on;
Make sure the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed by walls, curtains, or other objects, as restricted airflow can cause motor overload;
Check if the purifier has been used in a high-dust or humid environment for an extended period, which can cause motor strain. If so, clean the filter compartment and sensor area;
Confirm that the power supply is stable, as voltage fluctuations can trigger motor protection;
Ensure the purifier is placed on a flat and stable surface to avoid vibration affecting the motor;
If the problem persists, please contact after-sales support for inspection.
