Check whether the filter compartment cover or top grille of the air purifier is properly and securely closed, then reinstall them if necessary;
Unplug the purifier for 10 seconds and power it back on;
Ensure that no foreign objects or dust are preventing the cover or grille from closing properly;
Avoid forcing the cover or grille, as excessive pressure can damage the locking mechanism;
Regularly clean the locking area and surrounding surfaces of the cover and grille to prevent dust buildup, which can interfere with proper closure and trigger the alert;
