Check whether the filter is properly installed and that the protective packaging has been removed;
Inspect the purifier for any foreign objects that have fallen inside. If found, open the filter compartment and remove the objects;
Check the laser particle sensor area for any debris;
Ensure the air purifier is placed on a flat and stable surface to avoid vibrations that can amplify operational noise;
If the noise persists, try power cycling the device by unplugging it for 10–20 seconds and then restarting;
If none of the above steps resolves the issue, contact after-sales service for further inspection.
