  1. Check if the camera firmware version and Xiaomi Home App version need to be upgraded;
  2. Go to the [Xiaomi Home] App >> Tap [Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW100 Dual] >> Tap the three-dot icon on the right top of the screen >> Choose [Manage storage] >> Please check if the storage function is disabled or if the recording mode is set to record when motion is detected;
