Please check if the camera is powered off, and ensure that the original adapter is being used;
Try restarting the router;
If the camera has power and the network is normal, check the device's indicator;
(1). If the indicator is blinking in blue, it means the camera is currently connected to the network. If you have changed the Wi-Fi name or password, please reset the camera and reconnect;
(2). If the indicator is quickly blinking in orange, it means the camera has been reset, please reconnect;
(3). If the indicator remains in orange, it means the camera requires a firmware update.
Ensure that the microSD card is inserted. Try removing the microSD card to see if the camera remains offline, as lower-quality microSD cards can cause connectivity issues.
