If the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW100 Dual has an issue that the Xiaomi Home App displays the device offline or frequently offline, please refer to the following suggestions:
  1. Please check if the camera is powered off, and ensure that the original adapter is being used;
  2. Try restarting the router;
  3. If the camera has power and the network is normal, check the device's indicator;
