Why can’t the photo be found in the Xiaomi Home App for printing with the Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer Pro?

If you can’t find the photo in the Xiaomi Home App for printing with the Xiaomi Portable Photo Printer Pro, please follow these guidelines:
  1. Make sure your photos are in JPG (JPEG) or PNG format, as only these file types are supported by the printer. Photos in other formats will not appear in the Xiaomi Home App;
  2. Verify that the Xiaomi Home App has the necessary permissions to access your photo gallery. Without these permissions, the app cannot display your photos for printing;
  3. Alternatively, open your device’s Gallery, select the photo you want to print, and tap the share button. From the share options, select the Xiaomi Home App to open the printing interface directly and conveniently.
