If the Xiaomi Home App can’t find the Xiaomi Smart Graphene Heater on the phone, please refer to the following steps:
  1. To ensure the Xiaomi Smart Graphene Heater can be detected in your Xiaomi Home App, make sure that both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth permissions are enabled on your phone;
  2. The heater does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi, so ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network;
  3. Avoid Wi-Fi names (SSID) and passwords with special characters or spaces, which can cause pairing issues;
  4. Ensure that the Xiaomi Home App has permission to access location in your device’s settings;
  5. Keep your phone within 1–2 meters of the heater during setup;
  6. Restart the phone, router, and heater if the device still cannot be found after multiple attempts;
