Check whether the cables are too tight. If the cable is routed through the cable management hole in the stand and is under significant tension, it can pull on the I/O cover when the monitor is moved, potentially causing it to detach. After connecting the cable, gently pull it to see if there is slack. If it feels tight, adjust it to leave enough length between the monitor and the stand;
Observe the monitor’s power indicator to determine whether it is powered on, in standby mode, or turned off;
Disconnect the signal cable from the monitor and keep the power cable connected. If the startup logo appears, it indicates that the monitor is functioning properly, and the issue can lie with a poor video signal connection. Check the signal cable port, the cable itself, and the signal source;
Change to another HDMI port;
Change to another DP port;
Change different cables;
Change to another signal source;
Try removing the adapter and check again.
