1. It takes about 1 hour to fully charge the band. Please check whether band is fully charged;
2. Please upgrade the band firmware version to the latest after being charged;
3. Please check whether the following functions are enabled: [Continuous monitoring] in heart rate settings, [Advanced monitoring] in sleep settings, Always-on display, [Keep screen on] during workout, frequent notification push, frequently waking up the screen, [All-day monitoring] in stress settings, [All-day tracking] in blood oxygen settings or frequently monitoring blood oxygen, frequently playing games in the game band display. The functions mentioned above will affect the battery life, and you can disable them and restart the device to check the condition;
4. If the functions consuming more power aren’t enabled, you can reset the device to check the condition;
5. If the functions consuming more power aren’t enabled and the power consumption of the band is quick, please submit feedback in the APP.
