If the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 fails to charge or charge to the full status, please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting:
1. If you use a power bank to charge, because of the protection mechanism of the power bank, the power bank can’t charge the band to the full status if the battery level of the power bank is low. It is recommended to use a standard USB charging head with a voltage of 5V and an output current of up to 500mA, and a standard dedicated charging cable for charging;
2. Check whether the metal contacts of the band body and the metal contacts of the charging cable are stained. You can try to wipe them with alcohol cotton, paper towels, etc., to ensure that there is no poor contact between the band body and the charging cable;
3. Check whether the charging adapter is normal. You can try to replace other standard adapters to connect the band charging cable for charging;
4. Check whether the charging cable is normal, if there is a spare charging cable for the band, you can try to replace the charging cable;
5. Try to charge in an environment with a temperature above 10℃;
6. The charging time of the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 is about 1 hour. When it is not fully charged, please check the charging time to determine whether it is caused by insufficient charging time;
7. When the charging power display reaches 100%, don’t unplug the charging cable immediately. It is recommended that the band continue to charge on the charging dock for 5 minutes;
8. If there is no response after charging for a long time, you can apply for after-sales inspection.
Note:
Please confirm whether the ambient temperature of the band is too low or too high during charging. If the temperature of the band is too high or too low, the system will prohibit charging. The charging function will automatically resume after the temperature returns to normal.
