Why does the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 not have Heart rate records?

If the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 doesn’t have Heart rate records, please refer to the following to troubleshoot:
1. First check whether the green light flashes when the back of the band touches the skin. If the green light flashes, it means that the Heart rate monitoring function of the band is enabled normally. If there is no green light flashing, please verify whether the Heart rate monitoring is enabled;
2. Please wear it accurately. The band can not be worn too loose. Adjust the wearing and then re-enter the page of Heart rate function of the band on the APP to check;
3. Excessively dry skin and skin scars will affect heart rate measurement. Low winter temperatures will also affect heart rate measurement;
4. If the problem is not caused by the details above, you can restart the band and change the arm to wear to try again.
