If the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 10.5kg does not drain, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Make sure the pipe between the Drain Hose and the drainage outlet is not bent;
2. Make sure the Drain Pump Filter Cover is not clogged, and clean it regularly;
3. Check whether the Drain Hose is inserted too deep into the sewer. If the Drain Hose is inserted too deep into the sewer, the washing machine will not drain. In severe cases, it will cause siphoning. Please remove the Drain Hose from the sewer and place it next to the sewer;
4. If you are using the Spin Only program, please make sure the washing machine door is completely closed and press and hold the Start button to start the washing machine.
