1. Check if the camera firmware version and Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP version need to be updated;
2. Go to the [Mi Home/Xiaomi Home] APP >> tap [Xiaomi Smart Camera C100] >> tap the three-dot icon on the right top of the screen >> choose [Manage storage] >> please check if the storage function is disabled or if the recording mode is set to record when motion is detected;
3. Format the memory card in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
Note:
Formatting the card will erase all videos. Be sure to back up important videos in advance.
