If the indoor unit of the Mijia Air Conditioner Pro Eco 3.5 kW leaks water, please follow these steps:
1. Check if the indoor unit filter is too dirty. A clogged filter can reduce airflow, causing moisture buildup and leading to leakage. Clean the filter if necessary;
2. If you notice occasional water droplets around the air outlet, this is due to high humidity in the room. When warm humid air meets the cold surface, condensation occurs. This is a normal phenomenon. You can try closing windows and doors, increasing the set temperature, raising the fan speed, or activating swing mode;
3. If a large amount of water is leaking from the indoor unit, immediately turn off the air conditioner and disconnect the power. Wipe up any water and request after-sales service. Do not use the air conditioner again until it has been inspected by service personnel.
