What to do if the refrigerator of the Mijia Refrigerator Cross Door 510L does not refrigerate or the refrigeration effect is not good?

If the refrigerator of the Mijia Refrigerator Cross Door 510L does not refrigerate or the refrigeration effect is not good, please check it according to the following methods:
1. Check whether the refrigerator temperature is set too high. The temperature setting range of the refrigerator is 2-8℃. If the temperature is adjusted too high, you will not feel cool enough. If you feel that the temperature is too high, please lower the temperature to 2℃ or turn on the Super Cool mode and observe;
2. Check whether the food in the refrigerator has been left there for too long. The refrigerator can only play a short-term preservation role. Please do not place food in the refrigerator for a long time;
3. Check whether the refrigerator door is frequently opened and closed or the door is opened for too long, causing a lot of hot air to enter the refrigerator, resulting in poor refrigeration effect of the refrigerator. Please close the refrigerator door and set the temperature to the Super Cool mode, and observe after 8 hours;
4. Check if the temperature of the food in the refrigerator is too high, such as hot rice, hot dishes, hot soup, etc. The temperature inside the refrigerator will rise after putting in food with high heat. It takes a certain amount of time to cool down. At this time, you will feel the temperature is high. Please cool down the food before putting it in the refrigerator;
5. Check if a large number of items are placed in the refrigerator in a short period. Placing a large number of items in a short period will cause the temperature inside the refrigerator to rise. Please lower the temperature or switch to Super Cool mode, and observe after 8 hours;
6. Check if the freezer temperature is set too high. Because the refrigerator has a single-cycle refrigeration system, the refrigerator will cool down more slowly when the freezer is set high. Please set the freezer to -20°C or below;
7. During the operation of the refrigerator, the air is circulating and the compressor is not in a state of continuous operation, so it is normal for the actual temperature to have a slight temperature difference from the set temperature;
8. Check if there is too much food in the refrigerator. Putting too much food will cause the air circulation inside the refrigerator to be blocked, affecting the refrigeration effect. Please do not pile up when placing food, and leave space between food;
9. Check if the food is blocking the air outlet. The air outlet is on the back wall of the refrigerator. If the food is blocking the air outlet, the cold air cannot be blown into the box, affecting the cooling effect. Please do not place the food close to the back wall of the refrigerator, especially the corners on both sides of the back wall of the refrigerator;
10. Check if there is enough distance around the refrigerator. The refrigerator is designed to dissipate heat on both sides, and a certain amount of space needs to be left on both sides. If the space on both sides is small or blocked by other items, the refrigerator will not dissipate heat well, and the cooling effect will be poor. Please leave at least 5cm distance on both sides of the refrigerator;
11. Check if there are gaps, loose seals or deformations around the door seal. Please clean the door seal.
(1). Use hot air to evenly heat the door seal (Blow air evenly at low wind speed, and do not deform the door seal);
(2). Smooth the door seal airbag by hand (Squeeze the door seal along the door frame to install the door seal in place);
(3). The door seal can be fixed after cooling.
If the issue still persists, please apply for local after-sales service center inspection.
