If the Mijia Refrigerator Cross Door 510L fails to connect to the Xiaomi Home/Mi Home APP, please refer to the following methods to troubleshoot:
1. Confirm the network frequency band. You need to use the 2.4GHz frequency band Wi-Fi. The Mijia Refrigerator Cross Door 510L does not support the 5GHz network;
2. Reset the refrigerator Wi-Fi. In the unlocked state, press and hold the Fridge button for 7 seconds. The Wi-Fi icon flashes to indicate a successful reset;
3. Check the Wi-Fi information and confirm that the entered Wi-Fi name and password are correct. It is recommended to change them to English or a combination of numbers;
4. Try to change the device. Try to log in to the Xiaomi Account with another Android phone to bind the refrigerator. After success, switch to the original phone to log in;
5. Use a mobile phone hotspot. If the Wi-Fi signal at home is poor, you can temporarily connect to the mobile phone hotspot to complete the connection;
6. Update the Xiaomi Home/Mi Home APP to the latest version, or reinstall the APP and try again.
