Why is there no sound from one side of the POCO F7 Pro speaker?
Thank you for your support of Xiaomi products. Mobile phones undergo strict professional inspection before leaving the factory, so you can use them with confidence. When the slider of the audio balance is centered, both speakers can have sound.
To adjust the audio balance on the POCO F7 Pro, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to the [Settings] APP on your phone;
2. Slide down the screen and tap [Additional settings];
3. Enter [Accessibility];
4. Tap [Hearing];
5. Find [Audio balance] and check whether the slider is centered. Only when it is centered can both speakers have sound.
