Why does the POCO F7 Ultra not recognize some third-party USB drives or earphones?
We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. In order to improve the compatibility of external devices and ensure a smoother experience, we have set up a dedicated OTG (On-The-Go) device recognition switch within the system settings.
Please turn on the OTG switch in [Settings] >> [Additional settings] >> [OTG] interface, and then insert the device you need to use.
At the same time, please update to the latest system version to get a better compatibility experience. It is also recommended that you try changing the USB cable.
