The Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite is equipped with a powerful brushless motor that delivers up to 300W of power. Thanks to this robust performance, the scooter can reach a top speed of 25km/h.
If the Xiaomi Electric Scooter 4 Lite cannot accelerate, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check if the wheels spin freely and there’s no debris blocking movement;
2. If the scooter is in Walking mode (6km/h) or Standard mode (20km/h), which limits speed significantly. Try switching to Sport mode to see if the scooter can speed up;
3. If the battery is too low, the scooter will restrict power output to protect the system. Please charge the scooter fully before speed up;
4. Open the Mi Home APP to check for any alerts or locked status;
5. Power off the scooter, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on;
6. If none of the above works, please contact the local after-sales service center for further assistance.
Note:
1. The maximum speed limit varies by country/region. If the maximum speed limit of the scooter can only reach 20km/h, please check the relevant local regulations;
2. The maximum speed in each mode is laboratory data. The actual speed is related to load, wind speed, temperature, battery capacity, etc. It is normal that the maximum speed cannot be reached.
