If your Redmi Note 13 cannot display images, please refer to the following steps to troubleshooting:
1. If the images in the Gallery APP cannot be displayed, please check whether the cache of the Gallery app causes the images to fail to load normally.
Go to [Settings] >> [Apps] >> [Manage apps] >> find the [Gallery] APP >> tap [Storage] >> select [Clear cache];
Or press and hold on the [Gallery] APP on your screen >> tap the exclamation mark icon >> select [Clear cache];
2. Check if there is a glitch in the Camera APP that causes the photos you took to not be saved or displayed. Go to [Settings] >> [Apps] >> [Manage apps] >> find the [Camera] APP >> tap [Storage] >> select [Clear cache];
Or press and hold on the [Camera] APP on your screen >> tap the exclamation mark icon >> select [Clear cache];
3. Check your device storage to make sure there is enough free space;
4. Delete unnecessary files or apps to free up storage space;
5. If the images in some APPs cannot be displayed, it will be related to the network status. If the images cannot be loaded, it is recommended to check the network connection status. If the images in a specific APP cannot be displayed, but the other APPs display normally, you need to clear the cache of the specific APP or uninstall and reinstall it;
6. Inspect the screen for cracks or signs of water damage;
7. Try restarting the device to see if it returns to normal;
8. If the problem cannot be solved, consider using the factory reset function, but be sure to back up important data;
9. If the above methods cannot solve the problem, please contact after-sales for inspection and repair.
