What should I do if the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro doesn’t have a pop-up window?

Some cell phones support the function of pop-up window, please refer to the following steps to deal with it:
1. Confirm whether the phones are supported and whether the system version is the latest;
2. Check whether Pair compatible devices is on. Tap the [Settings] >> [Bluetooth] >> [Additional settings] >> turn on the [Pair compatible devices]. When this switch is off, you can't use the pop-up window. If you open the lid when the earbuds are in the case, the pop-up window will appear;
3. If the above troubleshooting does not solve the problem, please pay attention to the recently released firmware update.
Note:
1. When you use it for the first time, you need to download the motion picture data. It is recommended that the phone connects to Wi-Fi (not connected to the cell phone hotspot, to avoid high consumption of mobile data traffic) to download the earbuds motion picture data, and then when you continue to use the same earbuds, the pop-up window can also be normal without connecting to the network;
2. The charging case and cell phone close to within 30cm, slowly open and close the lid 3-5 times (do not quickly open and close the lid), at first the pop-up will be the default picture, and the animation effect will appear after the network download (the length of time is related to the speed of the network).
