The Xiaomi 13T supports voice input through Google Voice Typing and other speech-to-text services, allowing you to dictate messages, make searches, and control APPs hands-free.
If the voice input doesn’t work properly in any APP on your Xiaomi 13T, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check microphone access to ensure the necessary APPs have microphone access;
2. Please ensure [Google Voice Typing] is enabled. Go to [Settings] >> [Additional settings] >> [Languages & input] >> [Manage keyboards] >> [Google Voice Typing];
3. Please ensure [Voice Match] is enabled. Go to [Settings] >> [Google] >> [All services] >> [Search, Assistant & Voice] >> [Google Assistant] >> [Voice Match];
4. Open the Recorder APP and record your voice to check if the microphone is working. If the sound is unclear or absent, clean the microphone holes with a soft brush or compressed air;
5. Clear the cache or data of the affected APP;
6. Check for system updates and make sure your system is up to date;
7. Enter safe mode. If voice input works in safe mode, a third-party APP could be causing the issue.
If the issue persists, please contact the after-sales service center for further inspection.
