Why can't the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum be used in low temperature environments?
The working temperature range of the robot vacuum is 0°C to 40°C. To ensure the stability of the battery, the robot vacuum will automatically shut down in low-temperature environments to protect the battery.
If the robot vacuum cannot be used in low temperature environments, please refer to the following troubleshooting solutions:
1. In winter, the external environment can be quite cold, and during storage and transportation, the robot vacuum can be exposed to lower temperature conditions;
2. Please check if the robot vacuum is being used in a low-temperature environment;
3. It is recommended to place the robot vacuum at a normal working temperature for two hours before use to return to normal status.
