Why does the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10+ not produce water when cleaning?

The Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10+ is equipped with a 200ml electronic control water tank.
If the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum S10+ does not produce water when cleaning, please refer to the following details:
1. The water tank is not properly seated or could be empty. Please ensure that the water tank is correctly installed and filled with water;
2. Check if the water outlet on the mop is clogged. This can prevent water from flowing during the cleaning process. Try cleaning the outlet with a small brush or toothpick to remove any blockages;
3. Over time, the mop pads can become dirty and clogged with dirt and debris, which can affect the water absorption and dispensing. Please make sure to clean the mop pads regularly;
4. There could be air trapped in the pump, preventing water from flowing properly. You can try gently squeezing the pump or poking the pump inlet with a small object to see if that helps;
5. Please try restarting the robot and checking for any available software updates in the Mi Home APP. Updating the software to the latest version.
Note:
To avoid clogging, do not add any cleaning agents or disinfectants to the water tank.
