Why does the HDR effect disappear when resuming full-screen playback of an HDR video from a floating window in the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro Gallery?

The adaptive HDR (High Dynamic Range) function is designed to enhance the HDR viewing experience by optimizing the display's performance in response to environmental factors. This function adjusts the brightness, contrast, and color saturation of the video to improve the overall visual experience based on two key factors: the rendering method and ambient light conditions.
When a video is rendered using the DEVICE composition method, the device actively monitors changes in the ambient lighting. If the lighting conditions change—for example, when the surroundings become brighter or darker—the adaptive HDR function can be triggered to adjust the HDR display settings, enhancing the video quality for better visibility and a more lifelike appearance.
However, if the adaptive HDR function is not activated, it does not affect the original HDR effect of the video. The video will still retain its encoded HDR information and display with its intended dynamic range, but without the additional enhancements provided by the adaptive feature.
