How to remove the devices linked to Passkey?
The Xiaomi smartphones support the function of passkey, which is a simple and secure alternative to passwords. With a passkey, you can sign in to your Google Account with your fingerprint, face scan, or phone screen lock, like a PIN.
To remove the devices linked to Passkey, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to [Settings];
2. Swipe down to find and tap [Google];
3. Tap [All services];
4. Tap [Passkey-linked devices];
5. If you linked this phone to other devices by scanning a QR code, you can clear all those links by tapping [CLEAR].
Note:
1. If you add a passkey to your Google Account, it won’t change or remove any authentication or recovery factors you currently have on your account;
2. If your account has 2-Step Verification or is enrolled in the Advanced Protection Program, a passkey bypasses your second authentication step, since this verifies that you have possession of your device;
3. Your biometric data, used for fingerprint or face unlock, stays on your device and is never shared with Google.
