1. Please check whether the corresponding outdoor unit ambient temperature is normal when turning on cooling or heating mode. If the ambient temperature is too high or too low, it is normal protection (cooling exceeds 18℃-43℃ or heating exceeds -7℃-24℃). It will appear when cooling or heating exceeds the protection temperature range;
2. The outdoor unit is installed in a closed and narrow air conditioner, resulting in poor heat dissipation, causing the ambient temperature of the outdoor unit to be too high or too low. The outdoor unit needs to be placed in a well-ventilated location.
If the above method cannot solve the problem, it is recommended to apply for after-sales on-site inspection
