How does the phone scan an unknown tracker and alert me?
You can identify, find and remove trackers that have been placed near you or in your belongings without your knowledge or consent with the help of unknown tracker alerts. When alerts are on, you’ll get a notification if an unknown tracker is detected traveling with you. Alerts are detected after 48 hours.
To let the phone scan an unknown tracker and alert you, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to the [Settings] APP on your phone;
2. Slide down the screen to tap [Google];
3. Tap [All services];
4. Slide down the screen and go to [Unknown tracker alerts];
5. Turn on [Allow alerts] and tap [Scan now] to check for trackers near you right now that are separated from their owner.
