Why can someone else unlock the REDMI Note 14 Pro+ 5G?
Please confirm whether you have enabled facial recognition or Bluetooth unlocking. In the design, after successful facial or Bluetooth recognition, access to the home screen is possible by tapping the fingerprint area. Please disable facial recognition and Bluetooth unlocking, then delete and re-enroll your fingerprints to try again.
To disable face unlock and Bluetooth unlocking, please refer to the following steps:
1. Go to the [Settings] APP on your phone;
2. Scroll down and tap [Fingerprints, face data, and screen lock];
3. Tap and close [Face unlock] and [Unlock with Bluetooth device].
