The Redmi Watch 5 supports workout mode, which can track key values such as heart rate, calories consumption and distance while the workout and keep you motivated by recording your progresses in real-time.
To enable workout mode on the Redmi Watch 5, please refer to the following details:
1. Tap [Workout] on the watch, tap the selected workout in the workout list, and tap [GO] to start the workout;
2. After the workout starts, workout data will be displayed;
3. You can press the power button in the workout process to end or continue the workout.
Note:
If the amount of workout is too small (workout time is too short or workout distance is too short), the workout record cannot be saved.
