What charging protocols does the POCO X7 support?

The device is compatible with charging protocols such as PD 2.0, PD 3.0, and PPS. These protocols define how power is transmitted through the charging cable to the device, ensuring efficient and safe charging.
Here’s an overview of each charging protocol:
1. PD 2.0 (Power Delivery 2.0): The second version of USB Power Delivery, PD 2.0, allows higher charging speeds and more flexible power delivery over USB Type-C cables. It can deliver up to 60W (20V/3A) of power;
2. PD 3.0 (Power Delivery 3.0): It can deliver up to 100W (20V/5A) of power, allowing for faster charging and charging of larger devices like laptops;
3. PPS (Programmable Power Supply): It is a feature introduced with PD 3.0, and it allows even finer control over the charging process.
It supports Xiaomi encryption fast charging. This technology combines fast charging with enhanced security features, ensuring that the device and charging equipment communicate properly during the charging process.
