If many APPs are running in the background on the iOS phones, the Mi Fitness APP will be removed from the background.
If the Redmi Watch 5 fails to connect on the iOS phones, please refer to the following details:
1. Please open the Mi Fitness APP to check whether the phone can reconnect;
2. If it cannot reconnect, tap the connection icon to check whether it can reconnect;
3. If you still cannot reconnect, confirm whether the device is connected to the system Bluetooth of the mobile phone. If it is connected, ignore the device and confirm whether the reconnection is normal. If the device is not connected, it is recommended to restart the watch and try again;
4. If you still cannot reconnect, restore the device to factory settings, ignore the device in the system Bluetooth again, and scan and connect the device again in the Mi Fitness APP.
Note:
When pairing the watch with an iOS phone, restore the watch to factory settings. If repeated adding fails on the APP, you need to forget the device in the system Bluetooth first, and then try again to pair successfully.
