Why are steaming egg bowls, and dry rice bowls not cleaned properly in the Xiaomi Tabletop Dishwasher?

Dishware such as those used for steaming eggs, dry rice bowls, mixing bowls for starch, or burnt pots are not cleaned effectively in the current industry, as the stains have strong adhesion that is difficult to wash off, and high-temperature water is not effective at dissolving them.
Note:
Regular detergents contain amylase, which can break down starch, while steaming eggs primarily involve protease, which requires specialized detergents containing protease for better cleaning. Rice and dry flour are mostly regular starch when wet and hot, making them easy to clean, but when dry and cold, they contain resistant starch, which is harder to break down by amylase, thus complicating cleaning.
