What to do if the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera AW300's security password is forgotten?
The Xiaomi Outdoor Camera AW300 supports setting a security password to your device via the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP. After setting a password, when you intend to open the real-time monitoring interface, you need to enter a password.
If you forget the security password of your camera, please refer to the following methods to reset the password:
Method 1:
1. Delete the device from the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
2. Press and hold the Reset Button for more than 10 seconds to reset the device to the factory settings;
3. Re-add the camera to the APP.
Method 2:
1. Go to [Profile] in the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP;
2. Find and tap [Additional settings];
3. Select [Security settings];
4. Tap [Forget password] at the lower part of this interface;
5. Reset the password using your Xiaomi Account.
