What to do if there is no sound or noise when viewing the monitoring interface of the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera AW300?

Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. The Mi Home/Xiaomi Home APP disables the live video volume by default. Tap the volume icon on the monitoring interface in the APP. If the volume is too low, increase the phone's volume;
2. Check if the camera’s microphone hole is blocked or covered by dirt, debris, or any other objects. Clear the area around the microphone to ensure optimal sound capture;
3. If there is noise in the live video, keep your phone away from the camera and avoid placing the camera near electronic devices such as refrigerators or microwaves.
