Why is there no response in the Redmi Buds 6 Pro touching area when tapping, pressing and holding?
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. When the earbuds are not worn, to avoid accidental contact, pressing the earbuds touching area will not take effect;
2. When wearing earbuds, there will be no response due to incorrect pressing on the touching area. Please refer to the user manual of the Redmi Buds 6 Pro;
3. Not wear the earbuds correctly. The earbuds are not tightly fitted to the ears. Please adjust the position of the earbuds or replace them with earplugs of appropriate size to ensure a tight fit between the earbuds and the ears;
4. The speed of continuous pressing is too slow. Please ensure that pressing 2 or 3 times completes the operation quickly and continuously;
5. Fingers are dirty or have too much liquid, causing the touching area to be insensitive. Please keep the surface of your fingers and the earbuds touching area clean before pressing.
