Why is the sound still playing externally when the Redmi Buds 6 Pro is already connected?

The problem occurs when the Redmi Buds 6 Pro and phone are connected, however, music, videos, calls, and other sounds are still being played externally because the Bluetooth is connected, but the [Media audio] option is not selected.
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following methods:
1. On the Bluetooth settings interface of the phone, disconnect Bluetooth and reconnect Bluetooth. The connection can be restored;
2. Turn off Bluetooth on the phone, turn on Bluetooth again, and the earbuds and phone will automatically reconnect successfully. The connection can be restored;
3. Place both earbuds into the charging case and open the cover. Press and hold the charging case button for 2 seconds to re-pair with Bluetooth. The connection can be restored.
If none of the above works, please try resetting the earbuds to factory settings: put the earbuds back into the charging case, open the cover, press and hold the button on the charging case for 30 seconds until the charging case indicator flashes 3 times per second, release the button, and the earbuds will be reset to factory settings and re-paired.
