3. When you enter the real-time monitoring, the image will initially display in 360P, then quickly switch to 2.5K UHD. If the camera's network connection is poor, the image will remain at 360P. It is recommended to check the network environment, and once the network is optimized, the image will automatically switch to 2.5K UHD.
